RESERVATION POLICIES:

Right of admission reserved

Reservation can be done through email info@annsunhotel.com or by phone +918939939000 & +914442114233

To hold rooms on confirmed basis we need one night advance payment for the number of rooms booked. If we don’t receive advance payment within the cut off date specified in the reservation mail, rooms subject to availability and we can’t guarantee the room.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation before one week attracts no cancellation charges. Cancellation before 72 hours attracts 25% cancellation charges. Cancellation before 48 hours attracts 50% cancellation charges. Cancellation before 24 hours attracts one night cancellation charges.

CHECK-IN:

Check in 12 noon and check out 12 noon

Early morning arrivals by train or bus will attract half day charges subject to availability of rooms.

Late check out for few hours may be entertained for regular guests subject to availability of rooms.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Patients visiting for any treatments to nearby healthcare units will be accommodated on the condition of the patients and its sole discretion of the management. Patients should use the room and linen in fair practice and not to spoil any linen. Any damage to to these assets will have to reimbursed by the Guests.
